I've unfortunately subscribed to the connection with ACT fibernet looking at all the glossy ads. And the service was absolutely prompt till the application was taken with an assurance that the connection would be activated by 2 days.
And to my suprise the wiring was also done the next day since it was month end(targets to be met) and the technician mentioned that the service would be activated in next couple of hours basis this I let my previous subscription with another provider expire
Thats it, after my agony started with me trying to get the connection up and have been given multiple assurance of the issue getting solved in next 2-4hours. And even after 5 days of repeated follow ups there is still no resolution, just an assurance "believe me sir the issue will be resolved by end of day".
