Internet is not working at my home from past six(6) days. Had raised the complaint from mobile app six days before. I have not received any response from ACT broadband side. This has interrupted most of my work at home.
Even though the complaint is raised, no action has been taken for fixing the Internet issue. Today is 6th day without internet.
Earlier this was not the case. Is this the same way you show when new connection is applied for? After giving connection, is this the way to provide the service?
Nobody picks the call in customer service care number.
This is absolutely irresponsible service.
