Worst internet service providers. Pathetic customer care service.
They put distribution boxes to independent houses and then they give connections to others which makes it difficult for the house owners because it becomes a public place for internet guys. They just come and go in that house which affects the resident's security.
Also I have raised complaints FOUR times in last 15 days and nobody has shown their serious behavior to fix it permanently. However if you call to customer care they will say it will be fixed permanently and I have been listening to that from more than a year now.
Do not ever think about their service. They might say that your speed is upgraded or data limit is increased but its all hollow because at the first place your internet will not work.
If you ask them that customer should get some reimbursements for the days internet has not worked, they will sir you have never asked for discounts.
So please forget ACT for personal internet.
