After being constantly spammed by this site with "great deals" I finally made my first purchase just a week back. I was pleasantly suprised that the delivery was made within such a short time and the package was delivered last afternoon. My surprise turned to shock when I realised I was sent the wrong product and even that was damaged!!!
I promptly called the customtakeouter service number which was promptly responded to - BUT the girl at the other end tells me, "M'aam I can't do anything over the phone, send us an email with the pic of the product you ordered and the order number AND a pic of the product." I was fuming....so much for convenient shopping from home!...Anyway with no other recourse I sent this as requested mail with the pic.
The response I get is exactly this today:

We will appreciate if you courier the order at - **F322 A , Adaresh house 1st Floor Lado Sarai, New Delhi 110030 Near Punjab National Bank Phone No 01140623892.
*Please note that for us to accept the return, we need the product to be with us in 7 working days from the date we have received the image. The same is required as we need to return the same to the Brand.
We will check with the brand and try to arrange the same Product however if the same is not available than we will refund the amount as Bonus credit, which will reflect in your 99labels account.
Once again Team99 regrets the inconvenience caused to you.

So bottomline...a) I am expected to take the effort, time and cost of couriering back something that they blatantly admit has been their mistake, b) they would do me the favour of TRYING to get me the product I ordered c) they have no intention to give my money back regardless of whether they have the right product or not....instead they do me ANOTHER favor by giving me credit points to buy something ELSE at their site. As if I would ever want to have anything with such shoddy service AGAIN!
