The second season of the much awaited show'24' is finally on. The first two episodes were telecast this week and Anil Kapor manages to maintain the high standards he set with the first season of the show.
In the second season, Mumbai faces the threat of a deadly virus attack and Jai Singh Rathod and ATU race against time to foil this terror threat. Anil Kapoor impresses as Jai Singh Rathod who is shown to have been in a rehab for six months as he has been battling alcoholism since his wife's death. Sakshi Tanwar looks quite different from her usual'bahu' roles in this tough cop act as the new ATU chief. Ashish Vidyarthi looks menacing as the dreaded terrorist awaiting his death sentence. Surveen Chawla looks both ravishing and distressed as the captive mistress of drug lord Haroon.
Every character looks perfect in his/her role. The drama is fast paced and there is never a dull moment. The suspense has been created right from the start with Jai Singh now working on the side of terrorists.It will be interesting to watch how the story unfolds!
