I have order  for VICTOR G-TELL DUAL SIM MOBILE JODI OFFER on 1st August 2013, I have paid Rs.1565/- throw my debit card. I did not get any mail about my order id etc..etc..., but I took screen shot of my confirmation msg. On 7th August I have received my product, instead of two mobile's I have got only one mobile. The mobile is completely looking different  from what I have saw in online. So I called customer care and asked for refund, I have been to there office at Kadubeesanhalli, near Marathahalli outer ring road to return the product but they said I have to courier it.


Same day I have couriered to them. Next day I have got call from 100 bestbuy.com he has introduced himself as Mr.Rahul (warehouse Manager) (Mob No:8065703191) he promised me that he gonna replace mobile with other good model, but after that no response from him. I have been to warehouse it's located in Kannamagala near hosakote to meet Mr.Rahul but I have shocked to hear that there is no one is called Rahul.


I have spoke to Mr.Suresh (warehouse Manager) he told me to contact directly to the customer support. Every time when I called to customer care I have to tell whole story from beginning, in the end there answer is same "Sir we have taken the complaint, we will slow it soon".


Everyday I used to call customer care. After a week I have spoke with Mr.Sachin (Front office HR) (Mob No:9379515650)  he has sent me the screen shot of my refund request confirmation detail on 14th August 2013. He told within 10 to 15 day's amount will be transferred to your account.


After waiting 15 days I have to Mr.Sachin but he is not picking the my call, then I called to Cus.Care they told "Sir your issue has been  slowed from our end, our back-end support executive will do the further". They have given the back-end support HR Mr. Rajiv (Mob No: 9379515742) & Miss.Nisha Gupt (Mob.No:9379515736)... But non off them picking my call... I have tried to call customer care but (0806753600) PLAYS ONLY TAPE.


I have enough proof to file a case against them at CONSUMER COURT, if they fail to pay my money back...
