pjkkumar and pramodjoshi7 are the ones who also sided with SpiceJet on my review too and they are very prompt. A tactic followed by companies which don't care a damn about customers. You are right in guessing that there are people who are on the airlines payrole. Look at the comments posted on my re...view. Of course one can always create more than one membership profile.Read More

SpiceJet has yet to give me any proof of the rules telling that a passenger should carry a credit card or photocopy of a credit card. They have not yet shown me the proof. I have followed the rules that were laid down in the printout I was to carry with me. Neither Air Deccan, Indian Airlines or Kin...gfisher have asked for a credit card proof. The only way to check a credit card is to call up the credit card holder, which they never did. Again I ask, show me the rules, not some flimsy comments on credit card frauds. Who would buy a Rs 2025 ticket to fly, than an expensive Rs 7000 ticket if the money belonged to somebody else? Why make a purchase of only Rs 2025, why not purchase till the card is maxed out. SpiceJet should stick to flying, let the fraud detection be left to experts, not the frauds in their department. They are simply wasting money on them.

As I asked earlier from SpiceJet, please show me the rules either on the ticket or the website. There are none, which Spice Jet personnel themselves had to accept. Please do not include other airlines, as none have ever asked me to show a credit card or photo copy of a credit card. Showing a photoc...opy does not reduce the chance of a fraud. In case of suspicion the airline should have taken the help of the credit card company or the bank or at least have called me up or the credit card holder. Not just before boarding at 10 in the night. The rules for showing a credit card are only for credit cards from overseas banks.Read More

It is a myth that full service airlines always cost a lot. I traveled by IA and paid From 2250 to 2750 for flights between Hyderabad and Mumbai. That too by traveling at decent hours of the day.

the counter I was told to show the credit card. I told them I do not
carry my brother's credit card. The lady in the counter said that as my
PNR was blocked, I could not board the flight, unless I had an
