I beg to differ Hi All,
I too had booked their project ’Park Callista’ in 2008. After some time, the construction was stopped. When I had enquired, I too received the same reason of the issue with the landlord. That time, they suggested me to hold on for sometime, till the issue was resolved. How...ever, post 2-3 months, when there was no resolution, they offered me the option in their other projects at reduced rates. However, I did not fancy the available options, and requested them to refund the amount. They did refund the amount and with any deductions too. The Sales Marketing officer I dealt with was named Anil, who I beleive was very professional.

I am an avid movie goer and love to watch movies on the big screen. I am a regular to the PVR theater in Bangalore. Overall, I love PVR for its facility, interiors and spacious. However, based on my experience, I see that most multiplex cheat people ( atleast Inox and PVR in Bangalore do so).
