Dear friends,I had booked a flat with Raksha Group (Park Callista) in December 2006. The builders have promised to start the construction in March 2007. But, till Feb 2008, the Bhoomi Pooja was not done. And after the Bhoomi Pooja, I could see digging happening at the site. But, later the digging also stopped.When I enquired about the reason for stopping the construction, the response was that there is some issue among the land owners and they are trying to resolve them. But, 7 months have passed and no progress on the construction.I am glad that I did not get into an agreement with the builders. Now, I am struggling to get my booking amount back.So, please BEWARE of "Raksha Group - Park Callista" project.
