Dear Rajan, Thanks for your appreciation. Maruti Suzuki, to my belief and information is committed to convert all their petrol engines to Euro IV compliant as they have recently launched new SX4. I am sure your wait for the Euro IV compliant engine on your Dzire would be something worth its usefulne...ss, though it does not matter technically in terms of overall performance of the vehicle, but having an upgraded version in tune with the times is a sensible idea. Very good review. I have a VXI and therefore cannot associate myself with the comments on the diesel version but your other points do make a lot of sense. Wish you happy driving.

Yes, I agree with your feedback..Oops, did I congratulate you on your decision to select Dzire. Congrats. I cannot agree more about the need for seat positioning. I am not sure whether my medium height is the reason or the design flaw, but I am not able to view the instrument panel as the steering w...heel blocks the view which is not the case with other cars. I strongly feel that a fuller view of the instrument panel is a must to monitor progress of fuel consumption, speed, RPM etc. Parcel tray could have a tilt towards the rear screen which would have helped articles stay in place. Drive safely and enjoy the pleasure of owning a good car.Read More

Thanks dear...I have seen that white is the most loved colour in dzire and the white is back into vogue nowadays. I am so happy to find such an honest and straight query regarding Bharat IV stage and Euro 5 compliant KBseries engines which Maruti plans to adopt for all its vehicles b...efore April, 2010. Dear friend, I was fully aware of this fact, but I needed the vehicle desperately and hence could not wait till April, 2010. As a matter of factly, if you are planning to go for a maruti product and if you have time by your side, wait for a couple of months. Dear George,
Thanks for reading my review. I appreciate your study on the rear wiper. It may not be technically feasible but the issue remains to be looked into as the rear visibility during rains is seriously hampered and the Vxi does not incorporate defogger which could have solved the problem to... the extent of absorbing moisture accumulated on the rear screen during rains if not clearing off the falling raindrops.Read More

Thanks for your appreciation. I share a very established perception on maruti's products as well as the after sales service and that's probably indicates preference to Maruti over all other brands. Congratulations for your new Dzire. I have also booked Vxi on 13.7.2009 and waiting eagerly for the car. I can tell you from my test drive experience, which incidentally I performed thrice...it was amazing. Dzire offers comfort, driving pleasure and the entire package comes at a reasonable price. I have recently booked Swift Dzire Vxi but was always envious of SX4 owners. Man, what a car. Your review is very comprehensive and interesting. Wish you happy driving. And did I mention that Sunshine Copper is the best colour in SX4.
