The minor squeak sound is seen in almost all Figo’s. I got fixed during my first service. Don’t try to change the mud flaps again as they would again break, instead lets wait for the new flexible once appear in the market. I have already completed 30k and it is going strong and i’ m enjoying it. ... Also could you please add any photo after door moulding. i would like to know how it look like.Read More

alokbomb, About 68 bhp, I think the car performance is far better than the actual figures. I traveled to Ooty/Kodai in the month of April -11 and when i was traveling from Hyd to Blore it was with severe heat outside so i used level 1 A/C with internal air circulating mode which was enough for mos...t of the journey and initially to chill the cabin you could use level 2 and then switch back to level 1 for better FE figure. When i entered Ooty/Kodai it was chilling out there around 9.00 PM and again the car was performing outstanding in severe cold conditions. I should say that till now the car is on duty always without letting me down. There was a instance when i was traveling on NH9 highway and there was heavy pour of rain, generally on these conditions we generally face with mist forming on the windshield and the visibility becomes almost nill. I have faced this problem a lot on my previous car Santro. But coming to the Figo this is a different story. You never face this problem, you actually just close all windows, switch on A/C at level 1 and put the outside air circulating mode on and then switch on your Fog lamps that's it. There will be no mist at all. To be honest i was even driving very confidently and also was overtaking the vehicles while facing on coming traffic with all that heavy pour of rain. I was very happy and I think you could try this and i think its only because of powerful A/C that manages to keep the mist out of the windshield. Until now the car has outperformed my expectations so i don’t think any other car will give me so much satisfaction in all severe conditions. Without any doubts just go for a long drive, put the vehicle on severe hot/cold/rainy conditions, just travel 700+ kms on a single day without any break and also climb hills/long drives etc. The car will show it's strength and beauty within and will never let you down. I did it and know it's beauty.Read More

alokbomb, We traveled from Hyd to Blore/Ooty/kodai with 4 adults and a kid. As the trip was for 1 week we were with full language and A/C was set at level 1 most of the times. From Blore to Ooty you actually take the mysore/bandipur national forest route so until Bandipur you can happily cruise us...ing A/C on. After Bandipur forest area you enter 36 hair pin bends to Ooty so here anyways you switch off the A/C and start climbing up. I could remember there was only 1 hair pin bend which you need to be very careful and had to really show your talent for hill driving, apart from that other all bends you could easily climb. I think while climbing hills one need to show patience and should not press the accelerator too much. For 1st few turns i was actually speeding up on 3rd and found that it will loose breath after turn is completed so in between of taking turn i change the gear to 2nd and by the time i change to 2nd and start accelerate even 2nd is loosing breath so finally you end up changing to 1st, this way we are actually not working correctly with the engine. The right thing to do is change to 2nd or 1st based on situation even before taking the turn and let the engine picks up the sufficient speed and then if you feel you should change to 3rd then you change to 3rd otherwise just happily cruise on 2nd. May be one has to learn how to drive on hills, this is my experience. The car can easily pull no doubt on it because i mastered it while sightseeing in and around Ooty and i know now which gear is best for what situations and what power i would get by staying in that gear. After Ooty we started to kodai through palani route and this time it was just like playing with the car and eating a piece of cake. I even don’t remember how 2 hour uphill drive completed so soon as i was enjoying very good scenic beauties.Read More
