This is not very clear what Mr. Raviz is trying to convey... he is obviously not satisfied with the car. Hay man, Here is a better way to see your mileage.... You must be having a trip meter in your bike (may be electronic one)... just zero it immediately when your bike comes in Reserve... and keep driving ... you may pour a few liters of fuel... 1, 2, 3, or any value u want... and see the reading o...f your trip meter immediately after having reserve condition next time.... ... your trip meter will show the kilometers you drove with the fuel you poured after first reserve..... rest of the calculation is very simple....... kmpl = tripmeter reading/ liters of fuel till next reserve... and visit only an authorized service center for the servicing even after you have availed all free one... hope this will be useful for you.... -ramakantRead More

yeah friends, I agree with all of you... who would like to sell a bike with such a performance... i have owned the bile since last four years (October 2003 almost when the bike was launched by M/s Bajaj Auto) and there has not been any major problems to the bike... just keep servicing the bike at r...egular intervals... this is really marvelous bike ...perfectly suited for a crowded city like Mumbai and also for the highways for covering long distances with good comfort.....I can drive this for full day and i have done it many times too....only thing i get little less fuel economy i.e. around 47-49 KMPL but for a bike with such a splendid performance, it can be easily ignored..... so guys happy wind biking to all of you.....if someone manages to get one in seconds....go grab it immediately.... -RKRead More

Hello Dear, I read your review. As far as the vehicle is concerned, it is a good vehicle in almost all respect namely style, pick up, performance, mileage etc etc. But in your case probably there was some problem which Bajaj Service Center personnel were unable to solve. This shows how 'WELL' t...hey are trained people for providing the service. In fact getting a proper service station of Bajaj Auto is rare. Here Bajaj should take some effective steps. IT IS TRUE FINGINDS OF MANY FRIENDS OF MINE AND USERS OF MOUTHSHUT THAT MILEAGE OF VEHICLE IS REDUCED BY 10 OR EVEN MORE AFTER EACH SERVICING. Regarding the warantee of tyres within 500 kms. I would like to draw your attention to recent ruling by H'able Supreme Court of India that 'THE MANUFACTURERS SHOULD PROVIDE THEIR SERVICE FOR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT FOR A PRODUCT WHICH HAS MANUFACTURING DEFECT....EVEN AFTER EXPIRY OF SPECIFIED WARANTEE PERIOD' So you should sue tyre company for putting your life under risk because of defective tyres and Bajaj for not providing good service. Dear Friend, It seems to be true that setting of Wind is quite different. Tell your friend to visit some 'good' bajaj auto service center where they can tune the engine suitably so that he achieves a better mileage around 50-55. But one should not expect mileage more than 55 because of higher CC. T...here are many problems which are associated with tuning tuning. I advice him never to go to non authorized workshop because the quality of service is greatly reduced. I always prefer to go to an authorized service center even though it is a little costly.Read More
