@ Corporate Member: Do u really know what it means to take a request on ''Priority Basis'' ? Does it take close to 1 month to resolve a issue..everything I call the customer care reps they say that I have raised a request to look into my issue on ''Priority Basis''...but nothing is done...When I cal...l them 5-7 days after and ask what action has been taken for raising he request on ''Priority Basis'' they have no clues and instead they raise another request to be looked into priority basis....Now you also have done the same ....but I don't see any action been taken....I will ask u to not fool around with customers...if you really want to provide service...give the status as what has been done to fix the issue...I mean has the correct product shipped to me....and provide the details...otherwise all these are false claim and it dents ur reputation even more...You can judge the same seeing the no of people who have viewed this review in last 2 days and the same with rise exponentially in come days until my issue is resolved...Rest be assured that once I get the correct pair of shoes I had ordered...I will come back and provide the positive feedback on this thread.... @ Corporate Member: I have already sent the details to reachout@snapdeal.com Snapdeal Order: 171702283 Complain nos : # 70900 & # 85636 I have also mentioned that if you people are really serious in keeping a good brand name you should try to fix your fault ASAP....instead its already 20+ days... and no action has yet been taken. I suggest you that instead of waiting for the reverse pick up to happen you should ask the vendor to send the correct pair of shoes ( I mean shoes of same sizes ) today and I would hand over the defective pair of shoes when your Blue Dart courier comes for delivery. I am quite sure this suggestion you will not take ...as I have given the same suggestion to you customer care representatives and they every time say that yes we will do it fore sure and forget it... Please please don't fool around with customer...Rs 800 was not a big thing...reputation is more important....Read More

I totally agree with you Saswat...for sure the customer Care of Snap Deal really sucks...they are never able to resolve any issues ...they just raise 1 new ticket after another and you have to keep following up...I am following up with them for close to a month and I don't see any resolution in near... future...Read More

@Corporate Member : Can u please explain the reason why it has taken more than 20 days to arrange a reverse pick up . My complain # 70900. I have have spoken to my of your customer care reps 9 Like Monica Singh etc ) and they have always given false promise that they will arrange a cal back in next ...2 hrs and never bother to call back...and when again I call back I and not able to reach her as team members say she is busy in some other things...this is very easy way to escape...when ever a ticket is raise as a process you should be able to track it to closer not just sit ideal by just raising the request and every-time a customer calls telling them that they have prioritized your request...As a customer how does it matter if u prioritized the request or not ...if it is not getting resolved week after week and there is no reason also which you people are providing why it is getting delayed....Very Very badly managed customer care you have for sure...please take it on positive note....It will help you to grow....Read More

Exact same thing happened to me with Numero Uno Shoes....mine was even worse as I got different sizes of pair of shoes. Its almost 1 month now and the reverse pick up is still to happen.
