I had a very bad experience with Snapdeal.com. I had aordered a pair of shoes from Snapdeal.com but when delivered to my surprise I found the shoes of 2 sizes. I am trying to contact the customer care reps of snapdeal for last 1 month and every time they just say that we have taken a request from you and raised a ticket for reverse pick up and then new pair of shoes will be sent. It's almost a month now and there has not been any reverse pickup yet. Instead I have already wasted hundreds of rupees making STD calls to them and speaking to different customer care reps in last 1 month.
It really sucks and I would advise people not to order such items from this site in future. Its really frustrating...I can not say more.
