Yes, the same thing happened to me also. Within 1 week of purchase of the water purifier, the problem started. Luckily, we purchased it thru an agency that provides service also. Adding to my earlier post =================== I was fool enough to pay the remaining Rs 6000. Today (Sept 13, 2010: Time: around 11:48 AM) artha people again called me and told that I need to pay Rs 19000 /- more for the gold membership. Earlier whatever I paid (i.e. Rs 9992 /-) was for just t...he processing fee. What is this ?? This is just non sense. I immediately blocked my card so that they can not deduct any more money. I would like to stress: ARTHA HEALTH OPTIONS IS A FRAUD COMPANY. THEY DO DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. This is my request to all the members: Never reveal your credit card details to anyone.
