Vydehi hospital: Health checkup - poor service

I and my wife decided to go for Master Health Checkup in Vydehi hospital (Whitefield), as it's near to our place of residence. We enquired and were told to be present in the hospital by 8:30 am.
On a Saturday, we arrived at the hospital at 8:30 only to find that all the counters open at 9am.
We located the health checkup room after struggling for some time; there was no clear indication where a person should go for health check ups. The people were too busy to answer our queries as it was over crowded.
We finally located the room which was meant for health checkups and waited there till 9, when a lady arrived. She told that the person who is in charge of the health checkup programs is on leave and she will manage for the day.
She told us to make cards on the reception but no person was available at the reception. After struggling here and there, we managed to make cards after making a payment of Rs. 1200 for each person.
After that we were moving from one dept to another for our tests. There was no proper guidance / coordination. We did not even know which depts. we need to visit. Even the lady, who was in charge for the day, did not know.
Somehow, we completed the blood tests, ECG and X-RAY. When we arrived at the ENT for consultation, we were told that it's closed for the day and we need to come on Monday. Also, reports take time and we need to come another day for consultation with a physician which will check the reports.
Overall, it was not very pleasant experience.
We wish they improve their service.
