Dear Friend, My place is not that remote. Its only 42 Kms away from their servicing centre. For this, they were chargng extra money saying that it is out of city. Alleppey is next district to Kottayam, where the sevicing centre is there. Ofcourse I agree that the product is good. But I wrote about ...their after sales service mainly. And when they said that my house is in a remote place, I got annoyed coz, my house is well inside the Alleppey city. But the authorities reacted after I posted this mail.
