Mrs Sofia You are talking about serving a patient??/ Go to the patient side and see, they find cockroaches and lizards in there food which is served by the hospital. Now where is the serving of patients gone. I would rather love to leave this stupid hospital, but again they will make you run aro...und if I want to get the certificate. Am just staying here just to get my certificates. I do know what its like to be with patients, you need not teach me how to satisfy my patients, but for you they are not patients right. It just another coustomer walking in from whom you can get the Maximum money out. And you will never expect anything what I say. My My.. You say you are a patient relative. Yet a patient relative has the full knowledge of as to how a Pharmacy replacement needs to be done?? Come on don’t deny the fact that you yourself are the administrator of that hospital who is very well standing in defense of your hospital. For a fact... you to very well know that every word being said by me is true therefore you are trying to justify you stand my lady. For you information madam no one can take off duty and all whenever they want. There is something called ATTENDENCE, which is known in the common language, also SPARSH has biometric, and yet if you complaint that the staffs are taking OFF even after not working properly, then why does the management not take action against them. I will tell why… Firstly cause what you have said is not true. Secondly if you are paying Rs 4000 and making the staffs do all the work, obviously they will be frustrated. Is it not the reason that you are now recruiting ANM and 10th pass girls to work as nurses and in the process trying to cheat the patients??? If you really are not a part of this organization then let me tell you that you are unaware of the things that are happening within the hospital. ha ha. what a joke. i myself am a employee here, and i know every word being said is the truth,, and \i suppose sofiya is one of those high profiled administrator or doctor who does ot need to worry about anything,, do one thing give a feedback form to all ur nurse employees and then lets see who is... happy.. anyway am planning to mail dr shetty to and hake him aware that the standard of hid health city is coming down cause of cheap hospitals like SPARSH.Read More
