Since the minimum acceptable by MS is one, same has been given.


I took a RELIANCE combo plan in 3rd week of May at our home in Faridabad DESPITE the WARNINGS from almost every other person. The salesman promised connection in 3 days from verification. Verification took a few days after payment. After 3 days a fellow turned up in evening and pulled a cable. e said that he will connect it at the tower ( hardly 50m from my house) and come back. He just vanished! A true Reliance guy !


No one came the next day. After a lot of follow up a guy cam on 3rd day and  connected a modem and started the net. No telephone instrument with him. When asked, he said, the telephone will be connected a day after the net connection. Next day an instrument was connected in day. When I reached home in evening I found that the instrument was defective. I caaled up and complained. I was told I'll get a replacement but that will be a used piece since I am giving back a used piece. I raised my voice and made my intentions clear. Next day, a new handset replaced the old one.


The next day, line went dead. I called up Reliance SCARE. " Disconnect the wire from instrument. Connect it again....blah..blah.."  They make you their service mechanic. (I am seriously thinking of sending them a bill for the labour). Next day, a service guy checks up everything at our house and comes to the conclusion that the defect s elsewhere ( we had told him the same thing). He finally said that he changed the GATEWAY (whatever that is) somewhere outside the premises and then the connection was OK.


Again the connection would go off. Again it would be a 2 day ordeal. Then it would work for a few hours. This is the sorry state of things. Working for a few hours, then silence for 48 hours. then works for a few hours.


Finally it conked off on 31st May. Pls read my letter which I sent to Reliance broadband after that

I had a dead tel. on 31st May. when I tried to register complaint, I got a recorded message that broadband services across the country are affected till 2000 hrs. So complaint could not be registered. One day gone.


On 1st June I registered complaint with IVR100631013, and got a SMS from you at 1420 hrs confirming the IVR and that problem will be sorted out within 24 hours. When I called up on 2nd June at 1130hrs to check up I was shocked to hear that the IVR no. is incorrect. How is this possible.? Pls explain. I registered a fresh complaint no.128213426 at 1138 hours. I asked for the senior to talk about this. After putting me on hold for approx 10 minutes, I was told he is busy, and will call within 30 minutes. No call ever came. Two days wasted


On 2nd June when I called up at 1230 hrs to check up why no one had attended to the problem, I was in for a more rude shock. The feedback was " The complaint is closed". On being asked how a complaint is closed without solving it, I got a rude reply that it is done by the service deptt. I asked for the senior to talk about this. After putting me on hold for approx 10 minutes, I was told he is busy. How is this possible.? Pls explain. I registered a fresh complaint no.128321335. I have been promised that problem will be solved within 24 hours. 3rd day wasted.

Lousy service.


Hopeless connectivity.


If this is how ADAG aims to become THE LEADER, nothing more to say than SHAME., ....You are running a banana company.


The legendary Dhirubhai Ambani must be squirming in his grave seeing the pitiable state of affairs.


I regret the foolish decision to go for Reliance, just because my company connection is Reliance... I gave the customerScare executive one advice " NEVER GO FOR A RELIANCE CONNECTION IN YOUR HOUSE".


My foolish decision -I have to endure it...An advice to Anil Ambani - Just publish the operation of the company under the title "HOW NOT TO RUN A SERVICE ORGANISATION" & it will be a bestseller and you have achance to become No.1 richest person in the world.. After all, tht seems to be the only goal...what if the customers go to hell, eh!
