Order LSB 728735, Order Date 18 Dec.2011
I posted my review on mouthshut on 26thDec, I got a call from Mr. Pawan from Letsbuy on 28thDec saying they will look into the matter and ship the item same day.
Evening 28th Dec I got a call saving the order no. LSB- 728735 has been shipped through ...DTDC courier tracking no. V07208371. I used this no. on dtdc website and it invalid. On notifying letsbuy of this this error, I was told that the item has not been shipped and is still in the warehouse but will be positively shipped on 29th Dec. using the same tracking no.
Today 30th Dec. again the DTDC website says the tracking no. is invalid.
I placed this order on 18th Dec.’11, don’t know what else to say.
A lot of people on this forum are saying that they received the wrong item or partial items. I am scared that whenver I get the item its brand new and complete with everything. Its a nightmare. Flipkart, Healthkart, ebay, playgroundonline are so much better.
Letsbuy is taking a test of my patience!! If anyone has any email id or contact info of the top management of LetsBuy, please share as I would like to make them aware of the harassment being caused to their customers.Read More
