Order No. LSB-728735 has been delayed over a week.


I called customer care 4-5 times and each time there is a new problem. The next day after the order I was told it will be delivered within 4 working days. On the 3rd day I got an email saying the product is out of stock. On the 5th day when I called customer care I was told that the product is now back in stock but due to some internal error they cannot confirm delivery time. Its not been 8 days, today again when I called Customer Care I was told that they have raised a complaint to the concerned department but they don't have any info on the delivery.


The customer care has no information on the product or delivery time, they just keep giving you stories and make a fool of you. Why doesn't the customer care provide Real Time information? I can understand a product getting delayed but atleast provide accurate information to the customer who is spending money.


Secondly, 0124 4901234(24 hours, 7 days a week) is false. This was mentioned in the email received from Letsbuy.com customer care but they are not available 24x7. Now they have finally changed it to 8am to 9pm but they don't answer the phone before 11am.


I’ve been shopping online since the past 4 years and this has been the probably the most horrible experience I’ve had.


On asking about the refund policy, I was told that the refund will be processed in 21 days. I am shocked at this, most websites refund money within 7 working days and max 10 days. Why do I need to wait for 21 days to get a confirmation on my refund?


If this is the scenario with delivery and information, I am starting to have doubts about Letsbuy dealing with'45days guaranteed return policy'. Just in case there is something wrong with the product and I need to get it replaced, I am scared Letsbuy.com will drive their customer insane.


This is the first time I am shopping from Letsbuy.com and I am certainly very unhappy.Letsbuy.com has absolutely no regard for their customer!
