How is this paytm or in-fact any other online shopping website's fault. This is the manufacturer's fault, in this case it is Samsung. Not even Flipkart, Ebay or Amazon will respond to your query after 3 months of buying the product. You can try the same at your local authorize dealer for Samsung and... he will straight away direct you to the service center. Moreover most order's are fulfilled by sellers and not paytm so stop blaming the platform instead start blaming Samsung for there overpriced garbage dumped in India.Read More

Dear Team_FirstCry, It is clear that you did not read my review and response clearly. I do not want a refund in the form of store credit or gift vouchers but I want a replacement of the shoes in a larger size which is 'in stock' on your website. If I will call first flight they will give me the... same excuse that you people are not paying and hence they are not delivering the package. It is very convenient for you to blame it on the courier service and not taking up the matter with them. Because on mouthshut.com you are conveniently shifting the blame on them but internally first flight is your partner in crime. Let me enlighten you about Aramex, it is headquartered in Amman, Jordan (Middle East). Aramex’s courier business is just a front (A mask) to hide there actual business which is money laundering, smuggling of illegal goods and possibly providing aid and logistics to groups like Al-Qaeda and other Isl...amic terrorist groups. You will notice that most of there staff comprises of members from a particular community. They do not care about your parcels and documents as long as they can smuggle stuff using your packages.
