I , or for that matter any customer, would not accept the incompetency of the sales and delivery teams as a reason for bad customer experience. In fact , I work in an industry where customer comes first and customer dissatisfaction is tantamount to closing the line of business. Also g...iving fake contact details, not just to me, but to many other people also, as nothing but pure cheating. And the response of the customer service team has been nothing but rude. All this amounts to the suspicion that the TOI group is collecting some money in unscrupulous manner to get some additional revenue.
Unfortunately in India , customers never group together to voice their issues, unless politically biased. If there is a group , this could be easily raised in a consumer court and TOI could be sued.Read More

I had subscribed for Times of india through an annual subscription offer few weeks back. The paper was supposed to be starting delivery from 01 Nov. So far I have not received any. I was given RRE( code 0130) Mr. Sebastin's number, but it turned out to be fake.
