I completely agree with your review. I am a Jet fan but this last trip was such a disaster and I flew DXB-BOM in Premiere. The crew were horribly uncaring and my seat was actually broken. Ramvtn, I am not a first time flier. Been taking end number of flights for many years. The rude attitude I experienced at KF was not the first time. Although, this previous incidence was bad enough for me to discontinue flying them. Its more one and a half months and KFA is still asking me to wait t...o get a response as they are giving my situation 'priority and utmost care' before reverting. Hi Naveen, maybe you are correct. However, if I give my money and business to a service provider, I expect service. Specially from a so called pseudo 5 star airline. Now, if this was the case on a LCC, I would be prepared. Anyways, I have now stopped flying KF, so its their loss.

I completely agree with you. KF staff attitude is very bad. They always like appreciation but when you give them negative or constructive feedback they chose not to respond. Very unprofessional. Most low cost carriers offer much better service. KF is becoming like Indian Airlines. Only big talk and ...no action.Read More

Your comments are very valid. I faced similar issues. I wrote to TK many times but they never bothered to respond. The BOM airport manager sent a few emails saying they were investigating the problem. I think TK believes in tiring the passengers who provide feedback till thep stop following up.
