Well, I was new to Mouthshut and by mistake this review was given by me. I thought that the review comments pertain to Mouthshut. If you have gone through my previous comments then you may well appreciate that my experience with Travelguru was Horrible with a big 'H' and nothing but the most shockin...g and the worst that anyone can undergo. If you need to understand more of my 'hellish' experience , I would be glad to share with you. Mr. Robin, I forgot to add one pertinent point. I emailed to Travelguru on October 3, 2006 on the experience that my parents had gone through and till date Travelguru has not even cared to reply. Dear Mr. Robin, Thanks for your response. However, I strongly disagree with many of your comments. 1.As a customer my duty is to pay the travel agent for the ticket . The travel agent's responsibility is to ensure a hassle free service.I am not interested to know anything further than that. 2.My ...single window of dealing is with Travelguru. They ought to have informed me about such disatrous experience. 3.Kindly do not try to explain your so called 'HELP?????????' from Travelguru. Me and my parents know what 'HELP' was provided by your company. 4. Kindly do not make assumptions on behalf of Air Sahara. The only thing that was left of my old father was to touch the feet of the AirSahara ground staff in Kolkata.As for your 'alternate arrangements' kindly be informed that your executive advised that my parents may book for the next indian Airlines flight and that 'TRAVELGURU MAY LOOK INTO THAT'.Kindly explain what 'MAY' implies-Yes or No. And do you expect my parents to carry so much money with them to buy fresh tickets at the eleventh hour?
