Travelguru woes. Review on Travelguru

Travelguru is my worst nightmare. I had booked through Travelguru for my parents' journey and the consequent harrassment, trauma and mental agony that I and my old parents(the passengers of this ticket) went through on September 27, 2006 is unimaginable. 1. I had called up Travelguru and also received a mail from them and I was never told that my parents(the passengers) would face such harrassment. I was told that it would be a smooth flight. 2. My parents who were travelling with this ticket, reached the Air-Sahara check-in counter on 27/09/06 and to their utter shock and dismay were told by Air-Sahara that they cannot honour this ticket as the same was issued by Jet Airways. They pleaded with the airport counter , ran from pillar to post, met the airport manager but still there seemed to be any solution. Just imagine their plight at their old age. 3. I called up Travelguru and was made to speak to Ms. Marie who in turn, made me speak to Ms. Rekha. Ms. Rekha took my father's cellphone number and called up my father and requested that he make her speak to the Air Sahara counter. 4. My old father(who has a tremendous back and also an eye-sight problem and who is definitely not a Sumo wrestler) had to jostle with the crowd to approach the counter but the Sahara counter people refused to speak to Travelguru. 5. Ms. Rekha called me up to say that she has tried her best but cannot speak to AirSahara. I requested her to speak to AirSahara using her official resources but she said that she cannot do that since Travelguru does not have an office in Kolkata!!!!!! What a wonderful answer. My old parents were left on their own to fight for their case. 6. Ultimately, solely because of my father's effort, my parents were asked to board the flight 10 minutes prior to the ETD. They were asked to run in order that they can catch the flight. And they RAN at their old age and their worsening health in order that they can somehow catch the flight. 7. Ms. Rekha called me at 14-45 hours and advised that I should tell my parents that they can board the next Indian Airlines flight at 17-00 hours and that Travelguru WILL LOOK INTO THAT. 8. My parents were totally harassed, shocked and the mental agony and excruciating mental torture that they have gone through is beyond compare. I do not know how soon they should be able to get out of this.
