Sekhar Hydepark, Whitefield, Bangalore

Sekhar Developers is a big-time fraud company as they do not stay true to their promises. The house that I have purchased has leakage issues due to which things in the house are getting spoiled. Even the passage area is always dirty and smells bad. Despite so many complaints to the management, the staff here does not do their job well. Very disappointed and sad about such behavior from them!

This housing project by far is one of the best. My family and I were looking for a good housing complex and that's the time we came across Sekhar Developers. From booking the house to getting the possession, it was a very smooth process, all thanks to the entire team here who are very professional. I really like this place and even the surroundings are very clean and spacious. If you are looking for a new house, you should definitely go with Sekhar Developers.

I am very upset with the entire management at Sekhar Developers. They are very unprofessional and give out false details and information. The things that they promised are by far not even present in the housing complex where I live. It also has so many issues at every corner of the building. I am so frustrated because I have reported so many major issues but no one cares to fix things here! Do not even think of coming to this real estate company.

There is nothing nice to say about Sekhar Developers as they seem to be running a big scam. They are the worst company to deal with when it comes to choosing your new home. Their process is so slow and they don't even bother to communicate anything to you! I had all my documents in place and submitted them and even after that, they come up with some stupid excuses and delay the process even further. If you are looking for a new house, please do not go to Sekhar Developers.

There is a major concern that I have when it comes to the safety of the residents here! This housing complex is not well equipped with cameras and even the security guards are not professional in their job. They do not care for the residents here and even after this being brought up to the management, they have done nothing. Most of the time at night the guards are not even at the gate which is not what should happen. Please do not get a house with Sekhar Developers at any cost!

The infrastructure of this building is really very bad and of low quality. The staff here will never listen to a thing you tell them and will also not do their job properly. There is dirt everywhere in the building and no one even bothers to clean it. Even the surrounding is very dirty and in a complete mess. I thought things would get fixed but there's no change happening here! Really very sad to see the state of this housing complex.

I have had one of the most terrible experiences with Sekhar Developers. They are scamming people by promising things that are missing in their housing projects. I got a home here for my family and thought the building would have so many amenities but it's the complete opposite. My family is very sad ever since we moved into this house as it has so many issues. Definitely, not the best place to stay.

One of the worst housing projects to have a house in. I regret buying a house here at Sekhar Developers as the builder has not met my expectations. This housing complex looked very promising at the start but once I moved in, I started to notice the small issues it has. My electric work in my house is not done properly due to which I am facing issues using home appliances. The builder is not taking any responsibility and says that I will have to take care of it on my own. Really very disappointing.

There are so many problems with this housing project that I don't even know where to start. Sekhar Developers had promised to provide good amenities within the complex but to my surprise, there is nothing. The building lift looks really old and does not function properly. Tried informing the staff but they always tell me it's the job of the management. Their staff members are very rude and will never do their job properly. Definitely not the right place to book your new home.

Sekhar Developers only look good from the outside. They have one of the worst teams and will never address your issues. I am regretting purchasing a home with them because this housing project is in a really bad state. There are many maintenance problems within the complex and their management has just been delaying fixing things. I have been facing so many issues because of their unprofessionalism when it comes to resolving the major problems in the building. Please avoid this builder as they are cheaters.

I happened to meet Mr. Praveen from builder side and told there is availability in Hyde Park. I felt that he is a nice guy and gave me all possible details which needed.

Recently I booked a flat in Sekhar Casa Bianca. Large area with all the modern amenities. What impressed me most is the space they are providing for playing. Most important - security. Rest assured your family members are safe there.I was really impressed by by infrastructure and the amenities of the society.We have built our dream house here.The amenities are good and easy access. The locality is good. I like the house very much.

Trust me it is worth buying apartment. all the major IT companies and shopping malls also nearby to that sekhar olympus only. they are really providing their apartments with very affordable price. with super quality apartments. their interior design also too good.

Sekha Hydepark apartment was very nice and good price in Whitefield. It's near to the MNC company and parking place also good. From this apartment all supermarket are near, and hospitals. 24 Camera with high security. So finally like this apartment. Next month going to join in this apartment

One of the best one compare to others, good customer services , good and quality products , reasonable price, I never sceen like before I love this place a good nature in Bangalore city don't miss it guys everyone must be visit at least one time in when you are came to Bangalore.

We purchased flat in sekhar developers each flat cost is more then 50 Lakhs, Now the builder is cheating everyone .  we are allotting new customer not to buy flat in sekhar developers .  you people supporting builders by blocking the  customer reviews as fake .  Now mouth shut its full responsible  by blocking customer reviews .

Pls don't block the customer reviews  it will spoil you company name
