Worst society in mother earth you pay 40k rent and stay in darknees.Last priority of state electricity Board in terms of power supply. Second day in last fifteen days staying in darkness in Gurgaon the so called electronic City.

One of the worse society to live in for following reason

1. You will get flat but there is huge issue in getting registry done , they will not tell you anything and once you make stamp payment then they will stop talking your calls or reverting to your queries

2.They charge high maintenance fees and maintenance is not comparable to median range societies available near by.

   Termite problem is huge then another big mess is seepage all walls have seepage and will make your life hell

   Parking - They have the poorest planned parking I have seen in my life , new car parking slots are created in middle of parking roads making it very prone to accidents
   



3. 
   During rainy season you need to visit any river or lake , you will have them at your door with full access to them
   



4. 
   Pool facility remains under maintenance for 6 months
   



5. 
   Electricity supply is another big issue they have not made 33kva supply as instructed by goverment but have created 11kva bcz of which every now n them power goes off due to overload and no repair happens till 2-3 days

   Sales team specially Dexxxx Chxxxxxxx will make you meet people who have given hopes and say as instructed by these sales people and he is top notch liar , all promises he will while selling you deal will go in drain once you hand them money and then comes CRM team who will make sure that you don't sleep at nights by chasing you for paying stamp duty n then vanish in thin air
   

Overall if you care for your money and health do not invest or buy flat here , go for dlf ultima or bestech some known builder not the new player like microtek who know nothing in this segment

Builder charges very bullishly for maintenance charges. Has not developed electricity infra as per by laws despite taking development charges. Results in days And days on DG backup which are charged to residents exorbitantly.

If you look at Microtek as luxury please forget it. Their responsibility is only for selling the apartment. After that, there will be so many issues and no one will ever care to. The way the project team talks, maintenance teams talk it is absolutely like they have done a favor to you by giving you a flat. They do not have any manners to talk after the flat is being sold. Their flats have seepage issues, electrical wiring is sub-standard and they claim that you are living in a luxury lifestyle. The 2 rating that I have given is because of their green area and clubhouse.

I am living in Gurgaon from last 7 years and in 2021, I decided to buy a home rather then living on rent and then my search started. Microtek has fulfilled my dream of owning a house! This greenburg society is remarkable. My house is on 9th floor and the outside view is breathtakingly beautiful. Our society building is filled with all the basic amenities . The infrastructure of this building gives the classic classy look. I am content with what they have delivered to us.

Microtek's Greenburg is absolutely a gem. We were stuck in gurugram during lockdown and went to stay at our uncle's home at sector 86. I was literally awestruck by the serenity of the society. Just loved the ambiance and overall feel was exciting.

To install a promised almirah they said they would get it done in a week . We kept on following up till the day we had to shift and they said it would be done on the next day of shifting . A week now after shifting hundreds of calls to every one possible at microtek and their answer is vendor will do it tomorrow. It is mental torture . Every work post shifting is bound to never happen so get clarity on everything beforehand. Don't shift till u get what was promised. The system is worst than a govt. Office. Horrible and antagonising!!

I have been staying in this society for quite some time now. when you approach the sales team .everything will be glorified .with excellent promises . but once you pay token, . end of the story!

Society does not even provide power back up for flats .which is the basic necessity in today's scenario, when we are all working from home . Today 04th March, we have been sitting in HOT SUMMER without power backup inside the flats .7 hrs now!

Buyers please be careful and DO NOT INVEST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE.THEY WILL CHEAT YOU.

TO add to the problems . we have seepage issues in almost all the flats . and all has to be repaired at own cost .

I wish someone had guided me well in advance .I would not have put in my hard earned money here.
