Hey guys it's me Dhanjay Parashar as my personal experience the Lakhani signature in the Bandra in Mumbai is a very good apartment here 2BHK and 3BHK a flat is available with the most desirable climate and infrastructure is very good it was looking like a International building and the the so many facilities was near it like railway station and etc but guys I was disappointed with two things is quality and price the material which was used in the making of building it is not so good because the wall is so weak when you are going Tu hole-in-the-wall the material which was coming out from the wall after drilling is degraded the price is so expensive

The world consists of all types of people. Some are fortunate enough to have amenities while some aren’t. Especially in a country like India, where the majority of the population lives below the poverty line. To own a house here is no less than a luxury, one which I thankfully have. I am blessed to have flat like this.and place is also very rich.

I tell about lakhani signature asmy personal experision it is very good and educated engeners are work they know all work of bulding I contact this contract buldier for make a new house for my family they do nice work neat and clean work I am very emprees to see there work they are not costly contracter it work amazing and fast my house work is done in 1 year it is not possible but they posdible the work please contact this contract bulder

Hi guys

As per my personal experience I am extremely disappointed with Lakhani Signature as the products supplied by them are so expensive and out of the pocket price.

The product implementation rate is unexpectedly high which is not a good sign of this company.

Although product quality is very fine and reliable but this company should do something with its product's prices.

Customer service is great and and staffs are so friendly.

The company is totally flexible. At the end only disappointed with its high price.

I finally gone through all the beautiful designs of this building it is best and one should visit this place. It will make you feel comfortable. The experience is awesome. One will visit again and again. What a luxury feel I got inside there Nice building all the services were good a little bit costly but onecan also afford it

A best place with luxury rooms is enough to feel like a king and the lift has camera.And the parking have a systemtic way to park cars.

The floor are royal and awesome.

And kids can play in park.

Everyone can live here with happiness and with love.

The floor had the royal marble which feel as that we are top of the world
