Gulshan Bellina Noida Eextension - A very over priced project!

I have visited the project recently and have seen the 2 and 3 BHK flat layouts.

Pros:



  • Flat’s Layout is ok.



  • Location is ok.



  • Construction quality is ok.





Cons:



  • A delayed project



  • Two sides are covered from other project’s high rise buildings.



  • No space between the towers



  • Major Issue of Sun Light on most of the flats/units.



  • Small project with ok kind of open/green area



  • Over Priced.



  • Check the RERA registration before buying.



  • Conclusion: Only worth to Buy @3200/Sq. Ft. Of cost as an investment opportunity! Otherwise Avoid this project.


Best project to invest in Greater Noida (West).

  • Just fresh andairy space in adjacent to polluted Delhi.



  • Best cutomer service in the real estate industry.

They take responsiblity for the home buyers. ihave purchased 2 bhk by seeing there delivered projects made my decsion very easy.i spoke with the excisting home buyers they are fully satisfied with gulshan homes.hope will get same result from gulshan bellina as well
