Promised to give possession in June 2021, but there is no progress at the site for the last 6 months. Even the structure is completed just up to 16-17 floors out of may be 20 floors.

Very poor work at the site.

The project was scheduled to complete in December 2018 and now the schedule date is December 2020 which is highly unlikely.

Builder has charge for IFMS in advance in Homes121 sec 121 Project. It has been 4 yrs builder is not responding. Be careful while contract sign. https://motherlandpost.in/ajnara-homes121-residents-protest-at-builder-office/

Illegal charges applied by Ajnara

Possession delayed by 2 years and no proper compensation for delayed possession.

Poor construction quality. Interior finishing and plaster is worst.

Poor maintenance, everything is delayed which should be provided as part of maintenance.

No security cameras.
