hey Avi...!!! looks like Jai_1581 got quite provoked by ur truthful review. he seems to be quite delusional and living in his own world where no one seems to have any problems with this fraud company called MATRIX. If i am not mistaken we did give all the other URL/links of reviews by about 10-15 ot...her customers that were harassed by MATRIX, to Mr. Jai_1581, the press people, people we know who travel often and even all students we know who will b going abroad. and we even sent these links to the credit card company people who r investigating matrix for this fraud. in spite of this, if these guys can make tall claims of satisfied customers, i guess we all NOW know who the FOOL is. and these guys have been doing business for 10 yrs???? hehehehehehhe. thats quite odd, given the fact that these facilities were not allowed for civilians a decade ago - may be matrix is really from a Matrix-type era where things dint really seem what they were.
and mr.JAI, u gave connections to 50 unfortunate students out of the 100,000 who come from Ind to USA each year - they r just plain unlucky and further 29 out of those 50 surrender ur useless connection after a month...!!! so u have no option but to extort money from that one clueless soul. that’s wat ur business tactics IN A NUTSHELL. u guys WRITE ’’NO GPRS’’ on the contract in ur OWN HANDWRITING and in spite of not using GPRS, u charge for it. so again, WHO are the thiefs and crooks? btw, JAI, plz check your spellings before writing emails - dont make ur lack of education so evident.Read More

i have d same prob! trying 2 recover Rs. 29615. my credit card company keeps asking for the money and i keep refusing to pay! any ideas how i can end this matter?

i agree wid u! MATRIX IS an awful idea if ur goin abroad. it's much btr 2 take a local connection when ur abroad even if it's for a short trip or smthng. these guys r double-dealing, inveigling cheats.
