The service team responded 10 days after filing the complaint. My account manager Mr chinkesh says that he has dropped innumerous mails to his backend about our complaint but the team takes no action. Mr rahul was handling my backend. Then after 10 days, I asked to speak to his senior, so the senior... called me without any information about the problem and asked me to repeat the entire case again. How much patience do you think a buyer will have who is waiting for a complaint to be resolved since 6 months, is getting no relevant buy leads, no buyer calls, no relevant export enquiries and is asked to narrate the problem again and again every time a new manager takes over.Read More
