I feel this review is:
We signed a contract with Tradeindia to upload our products on their site and get enquiries. I would like to report that all enquiries are fake and we have been trying to reach out to these enquiries and customers have shouted at us saying we never enquired. The company duped us with a 4-year package promising all enquiries are filtered and checked by their team when in reality their team changes every few months, the salespeople who sold this package do not pick up our calls and the account manager keeps giving new excuses for not being available. The company is running a scam and we would like a refund and that other companies dont get included in this fraud.
