So now...after 3 follow-ups and a love letter to their ''concerned dept'' they tell me i can't switch my package....and what's with the Hindi opening...sounds like they have a call centre in some remore village...i love the hindi language but there version of it is very unpolished....and there so di...sconnected ..there reps cannot do stufff and need you to right an email... they really want to loose business...looks like it...Goodbye Airtel.Read More

By far the worst customer service available. They shud just tell us a tiome when there reps are awake and willing to take calls instead of saying 24 hrs.
