By far the worst customer service available. They shud just tell us a tiome when there reps are awake and willing to take calls instead of saying 24 hrs. I called at 1130...not to late and was hung up on by 5 reps ...guess they donot measure the call drop rates or the average hold time. After being with them for 5 years ...this is enuf to make me reason to move away. Stay away from airtel.
There mobile business is no better...took me five calls to figure out how to get international roaming..i hope the head of there customer service division calls me...would love to discuss how they seem to have mde up there mind to loose market share. Wat an idea sirji
