i dont want to buy a UPS, that is a Rs 1000 investment plus wastes a lot of energy. Anyway, the point of my criticism is not this, I mentioned this just as a reason for my cancellation. I am not complaining about this. That is fault of my choice. My problem is about non cancellation ...of my service, despite a dozen of telephonic requests.
i did not say 100 kbps, check again, i said 100 KBps for EVDO. i know the b B difference, I have used the proper case everywhere.

literally, it means 800 kbps, not 1 mbps (maybe you are considering parity bits there, so that's ok). but EVDO max speed is anyway much more than that, as I have already mentioned, 2.4 mbps. I mostly get more than 100 Kilo Bytes per second during daytimes. I downloaded a 3.4 GB file in 6 hours. maybe when/where you tried, 3G coverage was not present.
