I had forwarded a complaint to their senior management in Fedex India on the constantly delayed deliveries before writing this review. After the complaint I noticed that Fedex has changed the entries in the tracking system to justify their delayed deliveries. They initially changed the 'shipment inf...ormation sent to Fedex' and 'pick up' from 7/12/2013 to 9/12/2013. As of this morning they have again changed both the entries from 9/12/2013 to 12/12/2013. This has happened before as well. If it gets further delayed, they would again change the 'shipment sent to Fedex' and 'pick up'. Rather than being dishonest, they could have focused on delivering the shipment on time.Read More
