Manu you seem have a very immature approach here .... Some facts to get you updated first. 1. The bike is still one of the largest selling bikes in India. Given the fact of your limitations. If you could suggest such a performance bike with abs and Metz and a German engine and world class br...akes and shockers @ 2 lakhs! Can you? 2. You say parts are expensive .... Well have you owned bikes in this segment? They all tend to be that way .... Because of the sourcing.... And bajaj contributes for some of its poor Finish938844ing. Do you know the Duke costs 1.5 times more than it's Kawasaki rival in Europe and india it is almost half its price! 3. D200 is not reviews not in mouth shut. Please check again and with some more effort. You will find it. (Home > Automotive > Two Wheelers > Bikes > By Brand > Bajaj Auto Bikes > Ktm Duke 200 ) I have marked your review not useful because you have reviewed a 200 cc bike in 390 segment. So technically it's a spam and inconsequential write up. Getting emotional you did the same to my write up .... . well does not effect me. At least its a review of a right bike unlike yours which is pretty random..... Hope you don't draft another review of the 390 into CBR or Suzuki or even a mofa without knowing where you would be uploading it. Also if you were not happy with your d200 for so many days wonder why you kept it for 25,000 Kms! Not sure what you do is reflecting in what you state in your reviews.... Since mouth shut does not have any filtering system you still want to keep the d200 review in the 390 bucket..... and make yourself happy!Read More

Have read some great reviews about this bike and it seems a very understated bike due to the DSK Hyosung brand. But definitely worth a try. I must first confess something first. My review may be biased and will be running high on emotions. But that's the DUKE effect! Don't blame me:) As a person people say I am risk averse, stingy in nature and non decisive.  (Keep this in mind as you read on)I had a honda CB trigger which aga...Read more

I was waiting for this bike for a while as believe I am true honda cult. Dazzler's absence of kick start forced me to wait. a bit longer. The came up for sale indian markets in 2013 and I bought it in Jan'2014. I have completed 7000KM in 6 months. (PLUS) The bike has really awesome g...Read more

Hi pretty systematic review. Couple of things I would like to add and may be correct. I have completed 7000KM in 6 months. I am also sorry that I couldn't add much to the Plus's! :( (PLUS) 1. The bike has really awesome ground clearance so great for indian roads. 2. A breeze to ride in traf...fic, thanks to the smooth clutch and gear shifts. 3. Very comfortable rider posture esp for commuter based riding. Comfortable seats for pillon. (MINUS) 1. Lack of colours. White is never available. The red is less red and more maroon! 2. Top end is around 110kmph. The bike fails to pull smoothly post 80KMPH and is pretty unstable. 3. The seat latch is a pain. And you need to hit it every time you need close it. 4. Engine is not as smooth as its previous versions (2005 version Unicon). Feels more like a Hero Vehicle :( 5. The fuel tank petrol overflow value is a safety feature which more than safety acts as a big pain. You can never top up your tank! 6. Single piece tank is an issue for replacement and costs. 7. Looks suck! (May be this is subjective, but this my take esp on the LED tail lights) 8. The seat for pillion is a bit higher so climbing and getting off is a issue esp for folks shorter than 5' 9'. 9. Pickup is definately slower than the FZ. 10. No engine kill switch. 11. The light switch placement is so inconvinient and screwed up. 12. The choke is primative compared to the usual honda class. In short looks the bike is 'sourced in india, made in india, by indians, & sponsored by the Indians under the Honda name'Read More
