Hello! Just 2 days back I received my Refund Money from FNY :) I send them lots of emails, phone call, Facebook post and feedback at Mouthshut ... And than I get refund ! FNY must require to solve their Product and Refund policy. Otherwise they loose their customer trust. Thanks ...Mouthshut for this gr8 site... Bye...Read More

Hello Shailesh and Firoz, I already given order number with my this complain posting at Mouthshut. And I already send them lots of email + multiple post on their Facebook page but nothing ! Just 3 days back they pick-up item. Now waiting for refund process... Regards
