Order Place date: 20th Mar. 2011.
Hi!
I place a order for "Brand new Polaroid i836 Digital Camera" And Paid Rs.2551.00 to FNY.
And I get delivery on 27th March 2011.
BUT they send me a camera in damage box + lots of scratches + too much old stock !!! So, same day I send them a email + call their customer support. And received their drafted reply "Sorry for trouble. We pick-up it within 72hrs" !
After that still till today (15th Apr. 2011) they not pick-up this OLD camera from my place! (already 19days pass!!!).
I call them more than 6 times + send more than 8 emails + post on their FB page for more than 6 times = NO result :(
Every time they reply and ans in ready-made email "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you till now." and "We have forwarded your query to our concerned department and we will solve this matter on priority basis. "
BUT NOTHING !!! I send them a more than 500 friends (using their referral part) but than also they not offer good support ! It saws that they have no customer value.
I think its better to purchase directly from store or other good websites.
They are BIG fraud! Selling OLD stock product as a Brand new! And after delivery they do nothing!
BIG Cheating ! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE OR YOU LOOSE YOUR TIME + MONEY + HEALTH
If I get any update from FNY than I defiantly update here...
