I have had even worse experience with this Titan eye+ shop. I am waiting for them to fix my broken specs which has faulty frame. I have visited the shop about 10 times in the last six months. Its not that i am a bad user. I have products from Lawrence and Mayo. I can certainly see Titan sinking due ...to their bad service. I can only say Titan brand image is getting tarnished due to this worst service.Read More

The filter was not working the other day. I called the guy who installed it and he fixed it the same day (after following up 3 times to ensure that he comes the same day). It looked like some loose connection and yes, he did return the small spare-parts that he carried by mistake (?).

well i am waiting for the filter to settle down i guess... i can comment on the water quality after a week.. i use the tanker water as input .. the initial taste has some kind of very subtle plastic smell.. the guy who came for installation took some spares (that were not required for my installa...tion but were a part of the box, with him). I have called him and asked him to leave that back and he agreed ... it could be a mistake.. and yes .. i did tip him after the installation though he was reluctant to take the money.Read More

I am not sure SBI is a good option.... I had to transfer my ppf account from one branch to another. It took me 25 days, 15 + calls and 5 physical visits to get this thing done. The only solace was a branch branch who would always smile and empathize with me.... but I dont think they have any process...es in place... luckily i have faced nly one problem in my 5 years of citi experience ... they charged my citi credit card annual premium and birla sunlife also sent me a premium notice ... so i ended up paying the premium twice ... but i could recover my money without any physical visit ... just emails amd phone calls although it took around 1.5 months... I think it was my mistake not to realize that there was a standing instruction on my credit card for premium payment ... i was too cautious and paid the premum immediately after i recieved the notice ..Read More
