SANSUI PRODUCT

Dear Sir/Madam, Please read the email which I have written to customer care. So that you will get the Idea why I am mad. Dear Sir, My color Tv display went off. So i called nearest service center people for repair. Then they came and told us your Picture Tube is gone. But my TV is in the... 7 years Guarantee on Picture tube. For that I have given my purchase invoice and Guarantee card to the service center people. Now they are telling your TV model (TH 29 inch) picture tube is not available. So they told us to prepare Rs 3500 Demand Draft and you will get current model of 29 inch flat screen Tv. So I agreed for that. So I asked for address to which I have to make the Demand draft. But they are not providing the address. Even I contacted the TV dealer which I bought the TV. You know what he says? Now I am not dealing with Sansui Product, because it has complaints. So my customer are not buying the SANSUI product. Their from his side matter ends…. Even I asked for stand by TV for temporary purpose. No one is ready to give either Dealer or service center. Since 25 days we don’t have TV at home. This is happening since 25 days. Can anyone help in this regards. Or I can put up a case in the consumer court ?? The dead tv is with us. I have all the details of Purchase, Address and Guarantee card. Please do the needful. Or I will sue you in the Consumer court. Thanks Darshan Patil Asst.
