You were lucky that your money is reflecting in Ola money account which you can use in future. I paid Rs.200 on 5 Jan 2015 to Ola money account and at the end message appeared transaction failed. I didn't try again because I got the message from my credit card provider that the same has been paid to... Ola. This money is still not reflecting in my Ola money account. There is no proper response even after 4 days. I think they want to become reach by collecting small money in this way from mass people. Advice to users: Do not pay any money to Ola money account.
