Nano RO product is good for small family of 2-3 members but it has life span of 2 years only.My RO has start giving problems immediately after completion of 1 year warranty period.


Thankfully I had taken comprehensive AMC, but again this AMC is also very costly.I took AMC for 2 years. I was assured that technician will visit every quarter for routine servicing and cleaning of filters.


Due to some medical issues, I could not call them for an entire period of 10 months and in that period no one came to my house for servicing of RO.Every time I complained about poor services by technician, but no results at all.


Long waiting time on customer care number, they keep the call on hold unnecessary and after that it will get disconnected.Registered a service request on 7th November and technician called on 9th November after 2 days. No one was available at home at that time so hi did not come.


I called again on 17 November but surprisingly the executive said that there is no complaint registered on 7th november.


I took almost 20-25 minutes to register a small service request with the customer service.


Not recommended at all.
