Date: Thursday, November 12, 2015: Dear Team,As discussed, please extend your extra mile support to replace/cancel faulty product. Understand that todays is 8th day and agreed that 7 days period has lapse but still expect your kind help in this. Is not this product sold by Snapdeal? I have not open...ed phone screen sticker(default screen guard) too. Nearest service center is many kilometers away from my place. Going there and spending a day after getting DoA, sitting in queue, taking leave at office is not possible. Even after doing all these and taking DoA from service center, I am not sure if new replacement product by Snapdeal will not have this kind of defect. It might be product specific issue than to my particular case specific. So, I may live with defect instead of going to service center for DoA in case if Snapdeal does not help me to get fault free replacement or option to buy another phone. In that case I might never trust product quality and post sales support from Snapdeal. I am extremely unhappy to see brand new phone malfunctioning like this and it breaks trust in Snapdeal further when I am denied replacement or cancellation of product just because I am 24 hours late to inform Snapdeal. I have been cooperative customer of Snapdeal till now but I expect extra mile support from Snapdeal in this case. Infact I have made many of my friends to buy their phones from Snapdeal when they were die hard fan of other online sellers. Ideally, provide me the option to buy another phone instead of Intex Cloud Pace(I dont trust this product quality any more after this experience). If that is not possible then at least bring this issue to Phone seller/Intex and confirm if this fault is product specific or case specific and get my faulty phone replaced. Sent mails after mails.. raised many new complain numbers online, send many messages on facebook, talked to many different people but no resolution till now and after frustration, to get the job sheet, visited the service center. For getting Job sheet we need to go to service center again and SD is ...asking me to go to service center again to pick up the phone. Going to service center and mental harassment in fighting with SD is more valuable than the phone value. Snapdeal is shameless in taking ownership of the faulty product sent just because I informed them less than 24 hours late after their 7 days easy return policy. What did I get out of this? Mental harassment, did not receive fault free product even till now and wasting energy in battling with Snapdeal stuborn senseless arogant executives. Did not receive refund. They are sitting on my money. And even if I go to service center again to collect the phone and return to Snapdeal then what will I get? Just order value refunded? What about harassment and expense going to service center and fighting with Snapdeal these many days? Its worth more than phone value.. Never trust Snapdeal... They clearly denied giving any official Email on this.. Denied for any escalation matrix or Number... Keep repeating same thing again and again. Now I am wasting more energy here just to inform all of the fellow consumers that whenever you have an option, avoid Snapdeal at any cost. For 100 or 200 or 500 Rs gain, dont give up peace of mind by ordering on Snapdeal. No ethics exist inside organization.
