I hv been using Moviemart 4 almost year now. Moviemart Team knows how to satisfy there members. People who picks up customer service phone calls are the ones who cares for there members. Moviemart website is very user friendly.DVD Quality is as good as New DVD. Collection is very wide.... Courier Boy never fails to deliver movie to you,no matter if the weather is bad,if it is raining outside,if there is curfew in the area you will get the movie delivered. Yes, there would be some occasion wherein you will not get movies delivered however same would be start FLASHING on the website 1 day before in advance. Also,4 that matter if there is any change in the phone numbers or any other change you get to know that once you login to www.moviemart.in. Moviemart Team believes in keeping its member updated about everything, they dont believe in keeping its members confused.
I fine day Moviemart Courier boy came at 7:30PM and also the Courier boy was not the same who used to come regularly, on being asking i get to know that the person who comes regularly had met with an accident hence different person came to deliver the movie. Another incident which is just 1 week old i.e. 30-March-09, i requested 4 the Movie RAAZ however it was not available as it was in circulation. I called customer care had a word with Naveen who promised me next day i will get the movie and the promise was fulfilled.
Above mentioned were just 2 incidents which give me a feeling that i am in secure hands, Movie Mart keep there members as there BABY and they really listen to them and care for them, and if either of the member is not Happy they dont get relaxed till the time they get to see smile on that member face.I recommend anyone & everyone can just goahead and enroll himself or herself with moviemart with closed eyes.
