generally technicians are greedy n they r used to change some parts etc...its the case with cars also....sometimes even ur tyres, if good, are changed by these people....so be careful n try to be present for servicing...it hardly takes an hour or so... also ur bike is giving very low average...wh...y ?? my bike which i bought on 24th aug is giving 65kmpl after first service....although u may continue with this average as ur bike has been disturbed by lot many people only because u left ur bike to their mercy.....Read More

yes yamaah has made 100cc bike of 7.5bhp first time...although in the international market it makes even 70cc bike or 4bhp etc bike also....but then its of new type.... technology nobody explians..its their secret.... even when engine is cold my bike starts....for starting read the manual care...fully...in the beginning i was also geting problem because i was using choke for prolonged time...but now its not a problem....even when engine is very cold just a simple kick starts the engine...but then u have to warm up the engine else it shall stop it u accelerate...for warmingup keep the choke switch in warmup position which lies between choke position and no-choke position....i hope it shall help.... i've not tried the engine in 2nd gear n speed = 40kpmh....as the engine designed for 4th gear from 20kmph onwards...u should put 3rd gear on 15 n 4th on 25 - 30......i don't think ur practice is good....because we shud run as per design......HH is not designed like that.....i feel that as per ur said condition that engine in 2nd gear n speed = 40kpmh libero engine shall run at very high RPM compared to HH due to vast difference in its gear-speed setting....may be thsi cann be the reason for ur observation...... i've drivven the bike at 70kmph with rider constantly without problem n at 85kmph for some time....there is no vibration....r u unable to run the bike beyond 65kmph ??? I tried to compare the engine noise..which seems to be same as HH..... but there is one peculiar thing in this regard i have noticed....after 55kmph speed sond of the bike changes very differently...... with respect to HH, i find that HH sond setting is such that even at the speed of 55-60 it ...gives the psychological feeling of great speed.....also sound of HH is smoother while yamah's sond is shriller....Read More
