Hey Ravi, thanks for posting the contact number man. Now I can bug them if I face any troubles. I am on the east-coast, and they NEVER met their 3-business day delivery guarantee. I am planning to make a big purchase from them for our office library and I wonder what support I would get if things do not go as planned.
