On 7.1.2010 I ordered for 2 books for Rs. 2001/- from my state bank debit card but at time for confirmation of payment the system failed. The money was deducted from my account but Flipkart denied receiving it.
They started blaming cc avenue and asked to contact them. The cs also said it happens very often since they are not well integrated with payment gateways but assured money will get refunded. He asked me to place another order.
I thought issues happen online so i sent an email to both together. I placed another order since i wanted the books. Now I"m still waiting for my books for last 4 weeks. No one picks up the phone and no one responds ot the emails.
These guys just want your money. I should have stayed with Indiaplaza who have a lower selection but never fool people.
